Because all products sold on Emily Organizes are digital downloads, all purchases are considered final once access is provided.

Digital files (including spreadsheets, templates, guides, and other resources) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or revoked, which means refunds are not available.

That said, I truly want you to have a positive experience. If you run into a technical issue with your download, are unable to access your files, or believe a genuine mistake has occurred, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

• Refunds are not offered for digital products once downloaded

• Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable

• Results, outcomes, or personal preferences do not qualify for refunds
